Orange County Center for Contemporary Art has developed a healthy reputation for itself as a viable platform for music not normally heard anywhere else— its annual Noise Festival is proof of that. Now, enjoy an evening of sensual pagan music to honor Samhuinn— or Samhain, as we know it. This holiday marks the beginning of the harvest season in Gaelic culture, and OCCCA's Pagan Music Fest will enjoy the musical stylings from Deathkings, Joy Shannon and the Beauty Marks, and Inner Ecstasy, as well as a solo noise necromancy ritual performed by TOMB, while the 1922 silent film Haxan plays in the gallery throughout the night. Make sure to arrive suited in your best themed attire to greet those visiting spirits, check out some bewitching vendors, and enjoy this rare seasonal ritual.
