Ryan Carson, ex-chef at AnQi who went itinerant with those 'Pri-vē pop-ups has announced the next few nights for Playground 2.0, and one of them features food from what we here at the Weekly have deemed one of the most underrated cuisines in our county: Filipino.
Carson, who is part Filipino, along with fellow Pinoy Ashley Guzman, who's the Playground's pastry chef, will co-operate in what they're calling “Wanderlust: Filipino edition @2.0.”
I've copied their exact announcement below, with date, time, prices, and most importantly, what they'll be serving.
