Wed.: Silent Viigil for all Victims of War. All women invited to dress in black and join in a silent vigil for all victims of war. This group is modeled after the Argentinian mothers who protested the disappearance of their children by the U.S.-backed military junta in the l970s. There are now 150 vigils in the U.S., plus others scattered around the world, 4 p.m.
