When the news broke that the Haven Gastropub team would be reviving Bruery Provisions, Old Towne Orange's beloved bottle shop, local craft beer fans cheered. But they also wondered what would be in store.
Now we know one thing: coffee. Insanely good coffee.

Portola Coffee Lab is opening its second location inside what will now be called Provisions Market. Skilled baristas will operate the unique, full-service bar, featuring Portola-roasted coffee and innovative brewing techniques. At last, java fiends no longer need to flock to Costa Mesa for a sip from OC's temple of caffeine.
As for the rest of Provisions Market, we can expect a tasting room, bottle shop and specialty market similar to Bruery Provisions, but with an even deeper selection of wine. Haven chef Greg Daniels will oversee the food menu, which will emphasize great cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads and deli sandwiches.
Provisions Market is expected to be up and running this month and Portola is set to be open within the next two months. Old Towne Orange, rejoice!
