There will be a peaceful rally in remembrance of Kim Pham, the bright young woman who was senselessly and brutally beaten and killed in Santa Ana last weekend, TONIGHT at 8 p.m. outside the Crosby, according to a post on the Justice for Kim Pham Facebook Page by one Tam Dinh.
“The Vietnamese American community stands united in this senseless tragedy,” Dinh wrote. “We need to have compassion, community, and communication as we all heal and demand justice for Kim!”

According to Dinh, Westminster Mayor Tri Ta will be in attendance with Fountain Valley Mayor Michael Vo also possibly attending. We have reached out to Mayor Ta for confirmation.
Even in passing, the 23-year-old Pham was able to help others. She was officially declared dead Sunday, but was placed on a ventilator per her wishes to be an organ donor. Pham saved five lives through her organ donation and improved the chances of dozens more, according to OneLegacy, the non-profit organ and tissue donation organization serving the Greater Los Angeles Area.
