To celebrate two years at South Coast Plaza, MarchN Moderne is offering a five-course chef's menu and hosting a simultaneous rooftop market for those partaking of it, on April 29 and 30.
The marchN will feature purveyors and produce from Amelia and Florent Marneau's favorite purveyors, including Chuck McDaniels from Newport Meats and Lisa Hogan from Santa Monica Seafood Company. Marie Carman, MarchN Moderne's cheese specialist, will also attend.
The special menu, meanwhile, costs $75 per person (food only), plus $35 for a wine pairing. There are two seatings: 5.30-6pm and 8-8.30pm, and reservations, available by calling (714) 434-7900, are required.
The chef's menu is the only menu available during those times, but the bar is also open for cocktails.
