The recall went out before any reported cases of Listeria infection, but symptoms are high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Listeria can also cause miscarriages and still-birth in pregnant women, so if you have any of these symptoms, make sure you get to a doctor.
If you've purchased any of this hummus, destroy it or return it for a refund. For more information, call 1-888-957-2272, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. central time.
