The Santa Ana Police Department just put out a call for assistance on a recent theft. On June 1 at about 7:40 p.m., four individuals broke into a key fob box at U-Haul.
“The male suspect took the keys and stole one of the rental trucks from the lot,” according to the news release. “The females then followed the male suspect in separate vehicles.”
According to the Santa Ana PD, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department recovered the truck a week later on June 8, but the suspects remain at large. They’re asking anyone who can identify the suspects in this case or has relevant information to call Detective Romero at (714) 245-8529.
