In the fantastically unpredictable style of Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen comes SIP LBC's Cutthroat Cocktail. Part of the city's week-long celebration of all things alcohol, this event, hosted by Chef Rahm Fama, pits four local bartenders against each other in a libation battle full of sinister sabotages and surprise twists. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Team Spirit Long Beach Breast & Ovarian Cancer organization, and guests are treated to a special “562” cocktail as well as a signed copy of Fama's cookbook, Meat and Potatoes. As the creators of Cutthroat Cocktail promise, you'll never look at a Bloody Mary the same way again.
