If I'm not mistaken, this location used to be Chimichurri, an Argentine-Mexican joint that opened in 2009, which then folded to become Taqueria Del Sur. Now it's Tabu Burgers & Bites, a burger joint with a Latin bent, with carnitas burgers and even a lomo saltado dog.

It also offers agua frescas, and for the hipsters, quinoa salads.
With the premature exit of its two previous tenants in less than five years, let's hope Tabu Burgers & Bites fares better.
