After Art with an Agenda's remarkable Kelly Thomas exhibit back in 2012, which featured the infamous painting of police officers circle-jerking over the beaten Thomas (that, honestly, we can un-see), we anticipate the vigilante organization's art show every year. Now, they tackle autism—or, rather, they beautify it with 30 local artists presenting their works, each celebrating those with autism. The opening reception includes a silent auction and exclusive viewing of these touching and powerful pieces, which range from colorful portraits to abstract symbolism. Art with an Agenda seeks to raise awareness (and funds) in support of the fight against autism, and provide unyielding support to those in the community diagnosed with the disease. Every cent of the proceeds will benefit the event's partnering organization, Fullerton Cares.
