LA Based Super Group ‘The Living Sisters’ Live on Fri 11/8

In perfect harmony but rarely seen together, L.A. based artists Inara George of The Bird and the Bee, Becky Stark of Lavender Diamond, Eleni Mandell and Alex Lilly join forces “weaving together ’40s pop, ’50s doo-wop, folk and country elements in a seamless mélange. Inara George: A talented singer/songwriter in her own right, she’s making the indie-rock headlines with the Bird and the Bee, a collaboration with mega-producer and 7-time Grammy winner Greg Kurstin, and has released four solo albums.
Eleni Mandell: Wake Up Again, is Mandell’s twelfth full-length release and was inspired by her work with the Jail Guitar Doors program.
Becky Stark: Stark performs regularly with John C Reilly and Friends at the Largo at the Coronet in Los Angeles, she collaborated with the Decemberists on their album The Hazards of Love.
Alex Lilly: Alex Lilly has played keys and sang back-up on tour with Beck, Lorde, and The Bird and The Bee. Her debut album “2% Milk” released earlier this year on Release Me Records.
