Can't get a reservation at Ink? Join the club. Want to plead your case to the Brothers Voltaggio themselves? Here's your chance. They've got a new cookbook out called VOLT ink, a title that makes no sense unless you know that Volt is the elder Voltaggio's restaurant and Ink is Michael's, which opened last month in Los Angeles to much fanfare and a mad scramble for seats at the Top Chef champion's first restaurant.

If you're content on attempting the molecular gastronomic stuff the brothers are known for yourself (good luck!) and would like a signed copy of their book, Bryan and Michael will be at the Williams-Sonoma South Coast Plaza on Tuesday, Nov. 8 at noon.
As usual, some rules do apply: In order for them to sign the book,
you'll need to buy it at the store, proof of purchase required. More
details can be found here.
