Thuan Kieu Noodle & Grill has two restaurants in Little Saigon, one in Westminster, the other in Garden Grove. Now a third has opened in Irvine. Tipster and long time reader OCLibrarian tells me that the new place is called TK Noodle & Grill.
She found out the news while eating at the Westminster store. She asked one of the people who worked there about the sign announcing the imminent opening of the Irvine store. The gentleman told her that the Irvine branch is run by his sister.

TK Noodle & Grill is located at Northpark Plaza at 3951 Irvine Blvd. and had its grand opening this past weekend. It replaces Pan of Asia at the Albertson's-anchored center at the corner of Culver and Irvine Blvd.
Despite the “Irvinized” name, I expect the menu to feature the same com tam plates with 7 toppings, nem nuong cuon, and banh beo.
