For more than five years, the Blue Beet has been glorifying bad fashion choices and questionable musical taste with their weekly ’80s Whitetrash Disco night. Now that celebrating that silliest of decades is inarguably passe, Blue Beet is moving forward and adding the flannel-loving ’90s to its roster. So the official name of this Tuesday-night party is—take a deep breath—’80s Whitetrash Disco/’90s Grunge Rock Hip-Hop. We’re sure they’ll shorten it eventually, but in the meantime, enjoy the nostalgia. Anyone remember Snow?
