Tove Lo will be dropping her, uhm, Lady Wood on October 28, 2016. The album is a followup to her 2014 debut album, Queen of the Clouds, which featured mega-singles "Habits (Stay High)" and "Talking Body."
The suggestive title comes from "doing things that scare you and excite you at the same time," Tove Lo explained to Billboard. "So all of this — going on stage, being at places like [the VMAs], writing very personal songs and letting people hear them. It took some guts for me and also made me really excited. It terrifies you and turns you on at the same time."
Tove Lo recently released the music video (below) for "Cool Girl," the first single from Lady Wood. We can hear why this song instantly became the latest millennial anthem. (Catchy AF, amirite?!)
The pop singer-songwriter performed "Cool Girl" last week on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and is currently on tour with Maroon 5.
