Memorabilia from every single television series and film of Star Trek are on display for guys living in their parents' converted garages to enjoy-but be careful what you touch because this thing is a Trekkie's wet dream come true. The 50,000-square-foot shindig kicks off its 40-city, five-year run aboard the Queen Mary and includes the chance to sit in Captain Kirk's chair and view Captain Picard's quarters and the Enterprise-D bridge-whatever the hell that is. Also available is a prosthetic head of Data, Starfleet uniforms, a Reman Scorpion-class fighter and a time line covering 40 years of the successful series. That sounds great and all for diehards, but will George Takei be there? Doesn't look like it. He's the hottest thing attached to the Star Trek franchise thanks to his recurring appearances on the Howard Stern show. Hearing Sulu say, “Oh, my!” and “balloon knot” would make this party bigger than it already is.
