After what felt like years of construction, the Chipotle just across Watson Bridge from UC Irvine is now open, joining the multitude of food options that weren't available just years prior (i.e. when I was a student).

I'll keep it short and sweet. It's a Chipotle. It's in the old H&R Block space across from the demolished Lee's Sandwiches, and it sells burrito bowls.
Employees distributed free food coupons on Watson Bridge yesterday and may still have some left to give. Not lucky enough to get one? Well boo hoo, go cry into your cilantro lime rice.
