Orange you glad it's the new year? We've got so much to report as of late, we barely have the time to sit down and post it. With new concepts featuring local craft brews launching every month, our excitement is over somewhere even more dear to us– a brewery.
Founders and spouses Brian and Kelly Schroepfer switched gears from aerospace engineers to full-time brewers a few years ago. It became their passion to open Valiant Brewing Company, and it's almost to fruition.

The big day is Saturday, February 9, from noon to 9 p.m. Tours and brews will be in abundance. All that's left is deciding on somewhere to eat before and/or after. Maybe it's time to try that Haven lamb burger?
