Vegetarians, go ahead and close this tab now. The West Coast BBQ Classic returns to the Queen Mary's Waterfront Events Park in Long Beach next Saturday, May 11. Sixty pitmasters from across the country will go grill-to-grill, firing up chicken, ribs, pork butt and brisket in hope of winning thousands of dollars in cash and prizes. The best part? Attendees get to enjoy the meats of their labor.

Contenders include Bigmista's BBQ, Slap Yo' Daddy, Big Poppa Smokers and the reigning champion All Sauced Up. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door.
