For us Weeklings, the issue marks the start of summer, and what better way to celebrate the inauguration than with a night of tasty, boozy fun? OC Weekly's Summer Carnivale is happening this Saturday, June 2, at Bowlmor Lanes at The District in Tustin. From 8 to 11 p.m., there'll be live music and tastings from Bowlmor Lanes, Sapporo, Cayman Jack Ultra-Premium Margaritas, Blackmarket Bakery, RA Sushi, Bluewater Grill and JT Schmid's. Presale tickets are $10 (purchase them here) and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Miracles for Kids, an OC nonprofit that helps improve the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
