Coleman Pickell is in a pickle.
The walk-on boys water polo coach at University High School was arrested this afternoon for allegedly having unlawful sex with a female student, according to Irvine Police Public Information Officer Kim Mohr.
Few details of the alleged tryst have been released.
Pickell, 23, was arrested off campus at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday and was later bound for Orange County Jail, Mohr said.
