It was only in December that Laguna Woods City Manager Leslie Keane was cited for allegedly driving under the influence.
Now, she's been injured after being seen “wobbling” while driving.
Except this time the 64-year-old was on an electric scooter.

“Witnesses said she looked to be wobbling just before impact,” [Orange County Sheriff's Lt. Lloyd] Downing
said. “There may have been a malfunction with the scooter, or maybe she
lost control of the vehicle.”
This happened after 8:40 a.m. Friday on Moulton Parkway near El Toro Road, where the scooter went up a driveway and hit a curb. Blood was seen coming out of Keane mouth and nose before he was taken to Mission Hospital for treatment of injuries to her arm and face.
Keane was among the
411 in Orange County arrested going into the Christmas 2012 holiday weekend before being booked into Orange County Jail and released. Laguna Woods' top administrator since 1999 had her January arraignment postponed to April 16.
