Tomorrow is the last day as a federal prosecutor for Ken Julian, co-counsel in the successful prosecution of ex-Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona. Julian is joining the powerhouse private firm Manatt, Phelps N Phillips, he recently announced to fellow Department of Justice colleagues inside the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana.
